Experiential Learning

Outbound Experiential Training & Developmental programs for Corporate Executives represents a powerful process to enhance employee, team and organizational interaction, communication, collaboration and to resolve tensions, conflict and crises. Outbound programs are made to go through various outdoor activities where participants will be required to face challenging situations as individuals and teams. This will help them see the importance of communication, leadership, teamwork, planning and delegation. Many consider outbound training as one of the best platforms for personality development, confidence building and team building.


Training Options:Training Options: All programs are customized to meet the needs of clients, but are also dependent on external factors such as location and weather. Multi-day activities and challenges that can be incorporated into an existing corporate training program.


Activities:We run a huge variety of activities that can be planned and customized to meet an individual group’s goals and capabilities. We can customize the activity to meet the needs of any level of management. Activities are dependent on location. Team challenges can be organized into a packaged multi-day program or incorporated into the schedule of an existing corporate training program. Level of complexity can be varied to suit each group. Like: Basic rock climbing, and rappelling - Exercises help teams build trust and self-confidence and encourages individuals in a group to support and assist each. Water-based challenges and team performance challenge. Team building exercises and Team performance challenge we have a wide range of interesting team building simulations. All these challenges the team's imagination and force them to tap their creative energies to solve the task at hand and more importantly communicate these effectively to their co-workers. Leadership qualities are tapped and the need for effective communication of ideas highlighted. A debriefing session held after each session is an important component of these learning exercises.


Facilitator:We can arrange a facilitator depending on the group's goals and objectives. Alternatively we can discuss/work with you/your facilitator both to tailor the program's content to a particular group's needs and objectives, as well as to work with the teams to debrief, make valuable insights and engage participants in meaningful analysis and discovery. However, the cost of the external facilitator will have to be borne separately by the firm.
